Weact as a dispatch and support service provider and are not a freight broker, motor carrier, or
transportation company unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Factoring Services Disclaimer:

While we work to help carriers secure profitable freight opportunities, P&M Dispatch does not
guarantee:
- Specific load availability
- Revenue amounts
- Profit margins
- Weekly earnings
- Freight volume
- Broker approval
- Continuous load availability
Freight markets fluctuate constantly based on:
- Market demand
- Fuel prices
- Seasonal conditions
- Broker availability
- Equipment type
- Geographic regions
- Industry conditions
Carriers remain fully responsible for:
Accepting or declining loads
Operating authority compliance
DOT/FMCSAcompliance
Insurance coverage
Driver qualifications
Vehicle safety
Delivery performance
Hours-of-service compliance
Dispatch Service Agreement
P&MDispatch may assist carriers by connecting them with factoring support through RTS
Financial or other third-party financial providers.
However:
- P&MDispatch does not directly provide loans or financial services
- Approval decisions are handled by third-party providers
- Factoring terms are determined by the factoring company
- Wedonot guarantee approval or funding
Users are encouraged to review all agreements, rates, and financial terms directly with the
factoring provider before proceeding.
Independent Contractor Relationship:
P&MDispatch operates as an independent dispatch service provider.
Nothing within these Terms creates:
- An employer-employee relationship
- Ajoint venture
- Apartnership
- Agency authority beyond dispatch coordination
Carriers remain independent businesses responsible for managing their own operations, taxes,
licensing, permits, and legal compliance
Payment Terms:
Fees for dispatch and support services may vary depending on:
- Service type
- Fleet size
- Dispatch structure
- Freight volume
- Custom agreements
Payment terms will be communicated separately through invoices, contracts, service agreements,
or written communication.
Failure to submit payment for services rendered may result in:
- Service suspension
- Termination of dispatch support
- Outstanding balance collection efforts
All payments made to P&M Dispatch are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
